We are officially kicking the new Evergreen Golf Club at Legion Memorial Golf Course in Everett, Washington.

This event will be limited to EGC Members as this will be our first event!  However, new members are welcome to join EGC anytime. 

 

This is our kick-off event to get the rust off of our swings and meet new members and old friends!

Format Details: Each player plays their own ball on each hole. The two "Best Ball" net scores from each hole across the four players in your team are combined to form the team score. Teams will be formed by the Tournament Committee in advance to best balance team handicap and help new people meet current club members. Expect not to be on the same team as your regular friends for this event.

September 10th - Battle Creek

 

This event was just set up; it's too early to end the season!

 

if you haven't played Battle Creek it is a unique challenge - home of "the rock," a Volkswagon sized boulder fronting the par 3 12th hole. It is also one of the more peaceful (ie, no homes or streets around it) and reasonably priced courses around.

Sunday September 25th - Sudden Valley (team event)

 

 

Former board member Marty Jeide is setting up a team-play round at Sudden Valley near Bellingham. The course is in fantastic condition, with some of the best greens around.

Green Fees $55 + tax & credit card processing fees

Carts are an additional $10/person

+ $20 competition fee Venmo to Marty separately (@marty-jeide)

 

Teams will be formed on an ABCD basis and will play best low gross and low net score per group

Handicaps will be set at 80%
